Roger Allen III (born February 10, 1986 in Raytown, Missouri) is an American football guard for the St Louis Rams in the National Football League. He played
college football at Missouri Western State University.

Roger Allen attended Raytown High School in Raytown, Missouri and was earned All-Metro and All-Conference honors.
Missouri Western
Allen commenced all 48 sporting activities (34 at right guard, 11 at withdrew guard, three at right tackle), as the team compiled a 33-15 record during his four seasons at
Missouri Western. Over four seasons Allen positioned 86.8% for blocking consistency, reserved 386 knockdowns, sanctioned just 4 pouches and engrossed simply 7
penalties and three pressures where supposing motion during 1,309 surpass performances during his tenure with the Griffons. Allen was a Freshman All-American First-team
selection in 2005 later commencing all 12 sporting activities, at withdrew offensive guard and at right guard. He was reprimanded three times and gave higher just 1.5 quarterback
sacks and no pressures all season. In 2006 he was First-team All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association as he commenced all 12 sporting activities at right
offensive guard. He sanctioned just 1.5 quarterback pouches and no pressures. In 2006 Roger Allen was a Little All-American pick by The NFL Draft Report and a First-
team All-MAIA Association selection for the second straight season. Allen, in 2007, was reprimanded once and sanctioned just one quarterback pressure and no pouches
on 329 surpass plays.
As a senior, in 2008, Allen was a First-team Little All-American and All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association selection by the AFCA and AP. He
allowed just one quarterback sack and couple pressures on and was reprimanded twice.
On April 27, 2009, Roger Allen was signalled by the St Louis Rams as an undrafted loose agent. His trade is a reported three-year $1.2 million contract that included a
$20,000 signing bonus.
